Reverend Henry Hansard was born and raised in Altoona PA. and is a 1975 graduate of Altoona Area High School. He received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from Geneva College in May 1990. He is a faithful member of the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church where he serves as an Associate Minister. Reverend Hansard is a coordinator for Prison Fellowship Ministry in Blair County for Angel Tree, a member of the African American Heritage Project of Blair County, and Co-Chairperson of the African American Heritage Festival in Altoona PA. Reverend Hansard is currently employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections as a full time Protestant Chaplain and Pastors the “Church of the Living Hope”. Reverend Hansard has been married to his lovely wife Becky for over 35 years, has two sons Andre and Aaron; and three grandchildren, Avery, Bryant and Camilla. He enjoys music, singing, sports (especially Basketball), studying, teaching and preaching the word of God
