Vacancy

We are seeking a Minister of Music to lead our Mt. Zion choirs.

We want you to be part of fulfilling our vision as a church body, and work with our Pastor in planning music for all worship services as well as coordinating and developing other musical programs for the church.

In addition, the Minister of Music will: 

• Be responsible for weekly rehearsals with the youth and adult choir
• Plan/direct the music for special worship services such as Anniversaries, Christmas, Easter and Watch night Services
• Work closely with the Pastor in areas of general planning, budgeting, and leadership (setting goals, evaluating), to develop and continue programs as  necessary within the church and in the community and to be a ministry to the congregation and community

As the Minister of Music, you must first and foremost love God and love worshiping Him. If you are a musician who is committed to sharing your God given spiritual gift through your musical ministry and is willing to commit to agreed rehearsals and worship, we want to hear from you!
